Terms of service for using the p15r platform
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the p15r platform ("Service") operated by p15r ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description
p15r is an accessibility compliance management platform that provides:
- Audit report upload and automatic parsing
- Issue tracking and WCAG compliance monitoring
- Team collaboration and access management
- Document remediation tracking
- Dashboard and reporting features
- Public shareable reports
User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not share your account access with unauthorized individuals
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by p15r and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Upload malicious code or files
- Scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to access the Service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, p15r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Subscription & Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the end of the billing period
- Provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. See our Pricing page for current rates.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all features until your subscription expires
- No refunds for partial billing periods (except within our 30-day guarantee)

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you may request export. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
