Second step is always the Remediation

First, we review and prioritize issues by severity and Impact. These issues are called “bugs” and are categorized based on their severity (e.g., critical, major, medium, and minor) and their impact on those with disabilities. Critical issues that block access to essential functions should be addressed first.

We’ll then move to coding and design adjustments if your organization doesn’t employ in-house developers, our team can make the necessary adjustments to the website or application based on the remediation plan. This can involve a wide range of changes, such as improving keyboard navigation, ensuring screen reader compatibility, adding alternative text for images, and enhancing color contrast.
